Is there a way the migrate Transportation Intelligence reports (Oracle BI ) from one environment (DEV) to another (TEST), in a cloud environment ?

Can you check in the privileges if you are supposed to have it? So going into "Administration" > "Manage Privileges".

Because you have the "unarchive" but you miss the "archive".
