Export of maps view does not work in 12.2.1.2.0(SSL enabled)

Found a bug related to same issue for 11.1.1.7 version and claims to be resolved in higher versions. Users do not see maps in the export they just see a small triangle with exclamation mark(like a warning sign) in the export. The export is successful but of no use. It doesn't matter what format(PDF,excel,PPT) they download it shows the same thing. Anyone faced similar issue and was able to resolve? Please help.

    There are couple of suggestions, but again it depends on your architecture ( whether SSL/SSO has been implemented or not) + what kind of Map that you integrated with OBIEE 12c.

    You can refer the below docs if you have access to My Oracle Support, they are still applicable and worth a try
