Obiee 12c installation, errors at RCU creation

Hi

I am trying to install OBIEE 12c,  the initial weblogic and OBIEE installs went fine, but during RCU setup, getting the following errors.

1. ORA 00955; name is already used by an existing object

2.  ORA-00942  table or view does not exist

Previously ran rcu installs on this database instance, but faced the same errors at RCU stage, when choose to abort install,  Oracle says all the schema objects will be deleted. So i thought the next install would be clean.

But again and again ending up with same errors.

Please share inputs.

    Hi,

    Did you try running the RCU to do a drop of existing schemas? It maybe allows you to clean up properly. (Assuming you run the RCU with enough privileges)

    1.) Which exact "12c" version?

    2.) Into which exact Oracle DB version (and type)?

    3.) As Gianni said - run the RCU to drop the schemas

    4.) Connect to your database with a DBA account and clean out what needs to be cleansed manually if you don't mamange cia the RCU

    5.) Just give it a different name
