Installation check vs Certification Matrix

When upgrading to OBIEE 12.2.1.4 from 12.2.1.2 with a patch, a redy check is included. But how does it different from the certification matrix. Can you assume that the redy check on the installation is enough to get all functionalities?

Hi,
Sorry but I just don't get the question (and as nobody posted anything in many hours I'm maybe not the only one).
What do you call "redy check" ?
What is the link between certification matrix and functionalities?
The certification matrix simply tells on which system OBIEE is officially supported, but it's always about a "full" OBIEE. There isn't a thing like installing OBIEE with limited functionality on a not certified system: it's either all there or not at all.

+1 what is a "redy check" and what do you mean with that supposed difference?
@Gianni Ceresa no you're not the only one to not get this question.

They both serves different purposes.
Certification Matrix is not just used for "System" tab, but it is a one-stop shop for all the queries that one has about compatibility check.
Whatever you see on the Installer's screen for the Pre-Requisite check about the platform, it is just the basic validation ( OS, OS Packages, JDK and etc) of their versions and compatibility. Still I would go refer "Certification Matrix" before installing everything that I need for this pre-requisite check to get successful.
