So you can add a Not Equal to 0 filter on the formula column to remove the offending rows, or if this causes genuinely wanted zeroes to be removed then amend the formula to create a very specific value that would only happen as a consequence of the nullif and filter that out.

I have tried to applied not equal to 0 filter on the first report of the union measure column but results not changing..
Here in the above screenshot:
1. If I don't have any revenue(Book Value USD) for Cob Date then first table should not display as we don't have data(but it's showing comparison date data even we are not using it). This is the only issue with me.
2. I don't have any issues with 2nd table in the above screenshot.

Okay, maybe if you can isolate your problem down then we can understand it and fix it.
Can you filter to a single row in each union to get just a problem line?
The reason I ask is to eliminate the possibility that this is not what you think it is, and to provide an isolated case of exactly what your problem looks like.
