OBIEE is a web page, you don't really install fonts in a web page as the browser rendering the page reference fonts available in the system on which it is installed (the browser).
But thanks to CSS3 you can load fonts and use them, for that Google is the place where to look as you want to use a custom font in a HTML page, and there you find things like: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7961721/how-do-i-install-a-custom-font-on-an-html-site
Worth nothing that if you want to go down that way, you will need a custom style in OBIEE to be able to host the required custom CSS and font files, for that follow the official process and don't start randomly modifying files around your OBIEE.

we need these fonts for BI publisher reports (XDO reports), our one client requested for a font which is not available in BI Publisher and I don't know where to download and how to install.
We are using OBIEE 12c (BI publisher is part of OBIEE), as we canot use stylesheet for BI Publisher (we are opening our reports in PDF and html)

You really need to have a look at and ask things properly ....
"Install a font in OBIEE 12c" is a totally different thing than adding a font in Publisher.
If you search in the forum, in MOS and even Google you find many topics covering that aspect. I'm also quite sure it's part of the documentation (it's there!).
Never forget that the first resource is searching about things.

Asking correctly for the right thing is already half the answer. Ask a half-baked question and worsen the issue tenfold.

WHICH solutions? HOW have you "implemented"? "HOW did it "fail"?
Because putting a ttf into a folder hopefully isn't too complicated...
