Ok but what about employee pic? I think every organization either medical or non-medical print the picture of their employee on report.

Actually no, I would expect a link to drill out to the system holding the image.
I number of years ago I implemented an archiving solution.
In a number of instances it was useful end user information for them to be able to access images; - invoice scans, notes, sales bumf, P60s etc.
In no instance did I make the BI solution do this, it would have been an extra load on processing which 9/10 would not be useful to the end user. Instead I gave them a link to the image, so on the occasions when the extra detail was needed it could be accessed on demand in the source system.
Doing it this way means I do not reproduce a solution, do not compromise its security, and I save processing power and keep my report / analysis running rapidly. What is not to like?

I have desinged one templated in MS word, Fig. 1, show the layout exported from BI publisher default template, Fig. 2, map the logo with column and press the RTF(highlighted) and system generated the Fig.3, which show the actual result with logo (Image).
Fig. 4 show how to upload the template into BI Publisher
It is my assumption that I have completed my template but when I upload template in BI Publisher (Fig. 4) then I am unable to find it for further use. please help at this point

"If you downloaded an existing template and want to upload the modifications to the template, then select Upload Template from the Oracle BI Publisher menu.
If this is a new template for the report definition, then use the Upload Template As option to upload the layout to the report definition on the server. Also use this option to upload modifications to an existing template under a different name."
So you needed to use Upload Template As option.

Hello,
I am not a moderator, but if this post question is about images from DB then other kind of questions/subjects should be handled in another discussion, cause you (and someone who opens this discussion) will get confused about what is going on here , right?
If you do not like the answers given by users or think that the answer does not suits you, then you might wanna think about open an SR at oracle support.
Regards,
Carlos
