OBIEE query returns zero rows based on number of columns in select list

OBIEE queries such as the one indicated below executed with no issues for months.  Following a recent reload of the table, the query returns zero rows unless the select list is expanded beyond three columns.

Customer ID = 123

Select List... Customer ID, Transaction-Date, Transaction-Code.
