Based on https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/oracle-data-visualization/downloads/oracle-data-visualization-desktop-2938…  , the "System requirements" of the current (last) version 12.2.5.1.0 include Mojave.

Worth noting that @FTisiot had lot of fun with it today on Mac and his conclusion was that it could be required to restart your Mac if DVD gives you issues (something was locked or can't remember what).
