BI Server failes to start due to error in getting roles from BI SecurityService
Can you please help in resolving below error log from BI server:

Is BI Security service up and running? Is another process listening on port 9724?
also, How to Ask Questions in Developer Community Spaces | Oracle Community

BI security service is not up and error log as the above message. Also, I tried to listen to 9724 but nothing is getting returned, so not sure what does that mean.
