Hi,

We are getting ora-03113 end of file communication channel process id error in one of the dashboard which contain 3,4  reports. All the reports giving the same error. If I restart the services it is coming fine, but after some time again we are getting same errir. Can you please suggest what might be the problem and how can we fix this. We are using OBIEE 12c.

Thanks

    Hi Joel,

    We are still facing the same issue again, we have implemented the same mention in the link and bounce OBIEE. Can you please suggest.

    Did you Disable Out Of Band Breaks (OOB)?

    Hi Christian,

    Correct .

    @Joel

    DISABLE_OOB=ON

    SQLNET.SEND_TIMEOUT=900

    SQLNET.RECV_TIMEOUT=900

    This is the entry currently in sqlnet.ora file.

    Do I need to change anything in this.

    Thanks

    Normally that is the solution, yes.

    Thanks Christian,

    It is already in place, I have restart OBIEE services, then cleared cache from my browser, in some of the reports I am getting error, but while trying using inprivate browsing it is perfectly working fine.

    Assuming it is the problem with cache for local browser, is it right?

    Thanks
