OBIEE Dashboard retirement

Question

OBIEE version : Oracle Business Intelligence 12.2.1.3.0

Hello Board,

Is there a way to hide whole dashboards? I have a handful that need to be cleaned up off of the drop-down list (in order to make the list shorter for executives who complain about scrolling down).

I know about hiding dashboard pages and how to do it, but hoping there is an easy way to accomplish this task.

Hi,

Move it, that list is generated from a list of dashboard being in default locations, if you move it away in another place in the catalog it isn't in the list anymore.
