Hi Experts,
I facing an issue while changing the SMTP server name for outgoing email with Agent.
-Client has given a new smtp server name with port for configuration for OBI agent.
-We have tested the new server IP and name with telnet command and we are getting the response.
Steps followed while configuration:-
- Login into OBI EM
- Configuration > mail
- in SMTP server : <Provided the new address of server provided by client>
-Port <25>
Restarted the complete server and created a test agent.
However its showing agent has successfully run but no agent email are hitting the inbox.
In logs also we are not getting any error.
We are using the OBI 12.2.1.3.0 with patch.
Operating system is Solaris Spark 64bit.
Kindly let me know if I am missing any step.
