Steps followed for installation:

1) Installed Database 11g & Java 1.7.0_80

2) configured loopback adapter

3) Then RCU installation, followed by OBIEE installation --> Simple installation

That's not an Oracle resource. The official certification matrix clearly says that Windows 10 is not a supported OS for OBIEE 11.1.1.9.

Windows 7 and 8.1 are, Windows 10 isn't.

Windows 10 has been released after OBIEE 11.1.1.9 and it is a major release of Windows, you can't expect a natural (implicit) compatibility.

You're following a mute video without any details or explanations? Without ANY relation to anything official like certification matrix or documentation?

Can you seriously assume that this is even remotely supported or verified?

Last detail (explaining why the video works): the guy there is installing OBIEE 11.1.1.7 on a Windows 7 SP1.

Guess what? That OS is supported for that version of OBIEE and Oracle certify it's will work. Therefore if you wanted to install that OBIEE on that same version of Windows you could have done what the video did or just follow the doc and everything would work just fine.

(Windows version 6.1.7601 = Windows 7, Service Pack 1)
