Hello. My Publisher reports fails With Error 'XMLPGEN-03111 : user requested cancel operation' when it runs more than 600 seconds.
I increased timout in datamodel but it didn't help.
I found the same question on oracle support https://support.oracle.com/knowledge/Oracle%20E-Business%20Suite/2448001_1.html but I can't read the solution without company id there.
Help me please.
Hi,This thread is challenging: you have the solution in a MOS document but you can't access it.Must be noted that it's forbidden to post MOS content here, so people with access to the document will not be allowed to post the solution here.
By extension I would also say that people not knowing the answer before to open the document can't post solutions as that would just be the same as sharing MOS content with somebody not having access to it.

Did you check the MOS document that is linked above?
If you did and still have an issue, post a new question for it. Remember that you should provide as many details as possible. Things like product name and version, what you did, what you see, what the logs shows etc. to let others have a clear picture of what is happening.

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
