Is there a way we can restart bi services automatically on a schedule. F
example every Sunday 6am or everyday 6am. Only bi services which we are restarting from enterprise manager

What version of OBIEE do you have installed and which OS? With version 12c, you can simply create a script that calls the stop.sh/cmd and start.sh/cmd scripts which are located in the bitools directory.

Restarting a tool like OBIEE on schedule (weekends or every day) is often the workaround for another issue. It is generally better to fix the source issue as OBIEE is meant to run forever (or till the next patch / upgrade).

You are exactly right. Seems like a network issue. Presentation losing connection to bi server on weekends when no one is using it.
An unpatched 12.2.1.0 ? That version went out of error correction support in June 2017 as you can see from MOS Doc Id 2070465.1. Upgrading to the latest 12.2.1.4.190716 is highly recommended if you want to remain supported.
And following up on Gianni's input you should find out what the actual problem is and find out the root cause.
