How to troubleshoot the error available on Presentation Server

Hi All,
I was trying to trace the error which is caused by analysis. I was able to find the logs in OBIPS server and I could also gather the same logs in OBIS server as well using the ECID. However, the log level in obis1-query-log only is [TRACE:2] and I don't see any error messages here. Is there any other logs I should trace to get the actual error caused due to query failure ? Can someone please help me here?

What is the exact issue that you're facing? With this information, we can probably point you in the right direction of which log files to look into. Which version of OBIEE and which OS?

There are errors caused in anaysis or dashboards. I am trying to locate the error logs and find if there was any error in queries. When I looked into OBIS logs I don't see any Errors but only [TRACE:2]. Where can I exactly find the error in queries, which caused errors on dashboard?
I am using OBIEE 12c and linux.
