Hi,

I have a requirement to deliver an iBot which uses a catalog group of users as recipient and to deliver not the recipients but to a single user. In other words, running the ibot as the catalog group as there is data level security involved, and while running the ibot, we need to restrict not use the delivery profile of the recipients but to a single email id.

I tried different options:

1) Created a filter on user name column, gave multiple users and in ibot recipients tab selected weblogic and in weblogic delivery profile, updated the desired email in weblogic's delivery profile.

Result: It has delivered to the correct email but ran the report for the last user in the filter, not running for all the users in the filter.

2) Tried to run as Specified user in General tab. Thought of selecting multiple users as "specified user" and selecting a single user who need to receive all the reports (same report but run for multiple users with data level security) in Recipients tab

Result: Though a list of users added, it is running the delivers only for one time.

3) Using the customise option in Delivery Content tab, selected multiple users in user name prompted parameter (in delivery content customisation) and selecting a single user to receive the emails in recipient tab.

Result: Though multiple users selected (List of values), the ibot is running only once for one user.

Appreciate your thoughts and ideas to archive this functionality .
