OBIEE 12c upgrade

Can you please provide me with a list which include the already known bugs of OBIEE 12c (12.2.1.3.0) after upgrading from 11g (11.1.1.7.140715), as I am planning to upgrade the version of OBIEE. This will be very helpful for me as I need to understand how many issues / bugs will potentially appear after this upgrade.
Please let me know in case you think any information is missing that will help to reply to this question.

You really want to upgrade to a version being out of error correction?
Error correction for 12.2.1.3 ended April 2019.
The recommendation is to migrate to Oracle Analytics Cloud or for on-premises to apply the 12.2.1.4 patchset + latest bundle patch for the most complete defect resolution and feature set.
Look at the release notes of the bundle patch for known bugs.

The issues, not being bugs but issues on your side, generally come from shortcuts or workarounds or some freedom which has been put into the original 11g content. Having issues after the upgrade doesn't mean they are bugs, all (and if not a large large majority) are fixed by cleaning up and doing things as the tool require.

Dear Ceresa,
Thank you very much for your prompt and detailed explanation. As per my understanding, your suggestion is to upgrade to version 12.2.1.4 and in addition directly after the upgrade finished apply the latest bundle patch for this version, as with this approach the defects will eliminate. Very kindly confirm the aforementioned approach and also if you are able, please provide me with a link of the latest bundle patch for this version.
Regarding the issues (not the bugs) on my side after the upgrade, do you have any kind of list of the most common ones?
Sorry for bombarding you with all these questions, however, I will do this kind of upgrade for the first time, so I am trying to foresee potential issues after the upgrade completed.
Best regards,
Aris

It isn't me suggesting to go directly to 12.2.1.4 with the last bundle patch but Oracle
Have a look at https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocContentDisplay?id=2070465.1 , it will always list the most recent bundle patches with also a reminder of end of support dates etc.
There isn't a thing like the most common issues one get when upgrading, it depends on what you have in your OBIEE now and how it looks like. OBIEE being empty by default every single setup has different content. Even a RPD without a single warning or error in 11g can generate a bunch of warning in 12c, because rules changed and by default 12c is a bit more strict and really happy with some freedom devs adopted in past versions.
Of course somebody could say you can set the parameter telling 12c to act like a 11g, but what is the point to upgrade if you force your tool to behive like the old one?

Apart from what Gianni posted - have you read any of the documentation?

@4069849 did you give up on this thread?

You didn't give him an exhaustive list of bugs in dot point form so why would he stay.......0 -
@Adam Wickes Sadly that's way too true. How dare one assume that something gets read actively. My apologies.

12.2.1.4 would probably be a mistake, it was only recently released. We upgraded from 11.1.1.9 (on prem BI with BI Apps) to 12.2.1.3
For the most part, working really well so far. Some minor BI Publisher issues, which we got a patch.

Apologies, but I disagree to 100%.
1.) "Recently"? April 2018 is not recently. that's 17 months ago!
2.) There were 3 bundle patches already. You NEVER stay on the .0 release of any version once a BP is available. That's negligent to say the least.
3.) 12.2.1.3 has no more error correction support since April 2019 (grace period is over). That means since 5 months no more error correction support. Questionable to say the least.
4.) The times where it was acceptable to stay on outdated versions for ages and ages are over, gone and done with.
5.) There is a reason Oracle keeps this document up to date with all versions, releases and bundle patches:
