Changing the Grand total label of a Pivot table to Column value
Hi
I have a pivot table analysis which is sectioned based on name and Class. I want to change Grand Total label with a Name and Class.
Is it possible to achieve this?
Thanks in advance

Format each subtotal and total label with "@ Total" it will appear as you described.

Thanks Jerry,
I tried keeping "@ Total" its showing the label as @Total. To be more clear please see the below screenshot. I want to see the Grade value at Grand total which was marked below.
Please help in replying this.

If you use your Grade values to Define pivot table Sections, you can place a duplicate column on the left end of your Rows. Do a Subtotal on it and hide the column.
In the example below, I formatted the Subtotal label as shown at right, below.

Thanks again Jerry.
I tried this option on Pivot table it seems to be working. When I tried on table view, if I hide the column on which I created subtotal, the grand total row is disappearing. Please help.

That's why I almost always work in pivot tables for tabular results.
Pivot tables have much greater flexibility in formatting and cosmetic treatments.
I'm off til Monday, but I'll take a look at doing this with a table view then.

Just to re-confirm, I can't achieve this on a Table view. I can only do it in a Pivot Table view.
