Unable to start/stop services in OBIEE 12C
Hi Team,
I'm unable to start/stop services in OBIEE 12C, Even I'm not able to see the status of servers in 12C.
The application was hosted in Windows environment.
I'm facing the below error.
Environment details:
Windows Server 2012 R2 Data center
My analysis was that I don't have access to the Middleware, so if that was the issue then how to overcome the situation?

Does your user have sufficient rights to run this in the first place? Sounds like a very basic access issue.

Hi Berg,
User is having complete admin access to the Windows environment, but I think user don't have access to the middleware, my question is that if we don't have access then how can we get it.

What does that mean exactly? He has no access to the folder structure in the file system? He isn't a user inside Weblogic?

The user starting the services does not have to be a WLS user at all.
As I initially said: you must be facing permission issues on the OS / file system. Check that.
