We upgraded from 11g to 12c recently. Under shared folders, we have a sub-folder with all the reports and their agents that get triggered based on their schedule.
We have more than 300 objects in this folder but some of the objects - agents and reports are hidden. This never happened in 11g.
I checked 'Show More Details' and 'Show Hidden Items' options but still cannot see them.
Strange part is when I search for those hidden objects, the results show those objects with the exact same location where they were saved. But, when you navigate to that location, the objects seem to be missing.
I created another sub-folder and moved some of the disabled agents to this new folder and to my surprise, some of those hidden objects are now visible in that folder.
/Shared Folders/ - Main folder
/Shared Folders/Agents Folders/ - sub-folder --- location of the reports and their agents
/Shared Folders/Agents Folders/Disabled - sub-folder -- disabled agents were moved here
This makes me think that there might be a limit on number of objects that a folder can contain.
Please let me know if anybody else has encountered this or are aware of the issue.
Also, please share the resolution, be it changes in config file on the limit or any workarounds as this is critical for us.
