I am on OBIEE 12c, version 12.2.1.3.0 and we are experiencing issues with scheduled agents. The agents are running as expected and record confirm running was 'Completed' but no email is be received. We upgraded from 11.1.1.9.0 and agents were working fine in 11g and also after upgrade. This is not on all agents but some are working fine but a few are not. This is also happening to scheduled BIPs as well.
