OBIEE 12c - My Folder not appearing in catalog for Admin Users

Hi,

We have migrated from OBIEE 11g to OBIEE 12c. The migration went successful. However, My Folder is not appearing for Admin users including weblogic. But users with consumner roll can see My Folder in their catalog.

Any idea on root cause?

Check this in offline mode as well.

Do the folder exists "for real" in the catalog? If you look on disk or via catalog manager?
If folders are there, could be a permission issue?
