how to do a data marker on a gauge

Hello,
I have a simple gauge that works well, however I would like to add a data marker as well (basically showing the forecast). the forecast column is a static number.
I'm trying to differentiate the 2 needles by changing the forecast one to a line but everytime i try this and click ok it doesn't save it and it then goes back to a needle. Same thing I try to select a different color for the forecast marker.
My workaround is to show two gauge but really this should be able to be done on one single gauge... Any ideas on how to achieve this?
Thanks,
Yann

Hi,
What version are you using?
11.1.1.7.0 seems to be working if I've understood the issue correctly.
Regards,
Edit: The UI seems to be confusing, though. Do you really need it that way?

Thanks for the reply. I got it to work but there is definitely a bug in the UI, the needle vs. line is the wrong way around... but it works:
Do you have a suggestion on how to show this better?

Yes, there are some issues / bugs with later changes to the Gauge.
About the other point, I just thought the thresholds are / should be relevant to only a measurement. The users may get confused whether the thresholds are related to the line or the needle. May be you could:
1. Use a narrative view for the forecast or if the thresholds are not applicable to the line, then
2. Use the forecast as the threshold for the TDW_realised measurement. In this case there won't be Red/Amber/Green but just two colours.
Assumption: The forecast has a single static value.
Regards.
Edit: Or maybe you could display the forecast value only in the Gauge footer.
