Multiple Line Bar chart in a view

I am trying to figure out how can the below result be reciprocated in OBIEE, I made it in Tableau. I have tried several ways but cannot seem to achieve the desired results. Any feedback or suggestion will be appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have one categorical variable, one time/year variable and two measures

If your 3 measures are attributes instead of real measures, you can use a trellis view.

But if they are 3 separate measures the trellis isn't going to let you use them as rows I believe.
