Add HTML to OBIEE global template

Version: 11.1.1.7.151020
Platform: RHL 5
I'd like to add an HTML tag within the <HEAD> tag of the global template (assuming that exists).
I've searched here and The Google Machine and most of the articles that come up reference BIP. I refined my search at one point to search for the integration of Google Analytics, but that returned an addition a JS file somewhere.
Is there a global "html" template, I'd probably even settle for Dashboard (Page) and/or (standalone) Analysis template.
We do have a custom skin/style in use, if that helps.

You can add the URL at the header or the title section of the report.

How would adding a URL to the header or title section help?
Did you mean adding the HTML tag there?
If so, I'm aware that can be done. I'm just looking to see if there is some sort of global (or dashboard/page) template that is used to generate the pages in OBIEE.

So do you mean that you want a URL to appear on the header of every report that you create without having to manually go in and add it every time ?

Negative.
I may not have stated it clearly enough.
Each time you hit OBIEE, a web (html) page is generated. Whether you're going to a dashboard, a dashboard page, or the Administration stuff. What that means to me, is that somehow, somewhere, OBIEE is "building" these web (html) pages. I want to know how. I want to "hack the gibson" so to speak.
Is that more clear?

Sounds like you want to hack the war/ear files that OBIEE consists of.
