DV: Visualisation specific filters

If we add filters to a DV visualisation,these filters are applied after filters on the filter bar(i.e. global filter pane) are applied. So the values in the visualisation specific filter dropdown are driven by the value selected in the global filter pane.

Is there any option that I can toggle off this behaviour,so that visualisation specific filter dropdown shows up all values.

    But this option,is to limit the values for the filters in the global filter section. Does it limit the values  in the visualisation specific  filters?
