1.) "12c" covers about 40 different versions so far. What precise version?
2.) What OS?
3.) What browser?
4.) Are you really talking about "reports" as in BI Publisher report objects or do you mean OBI Answers "analyses"? Words have meaning especially when it's about 2 different technologies even of they're running on the same platform.
5.) Obvious question: What changed?
6.) Have you tried a different browser? A different machine? Do other users have the same issues?
7.) Have you already cleared your browser cache and local files?
etc.
Please spend a bit more time on your questions and on the elucidation of the root cause.

Sorry for my lack of informations, i tought it was a common problem.
i am using the version 12.2.1.3.0
The production server is a linux
I connect throutgh VPN and i use Google Chrome.
My dashboards were full of graphs and tables , now i can only see tables and no graph is displayed, even when i create a new analysis and a table when i convert it to a graph i see a blank cannevas ( see picture )
i tried from two different computer and i still cant see the graphics , looks like it's something in the server
Thank you and sorry for the lack of information in the first message.

Have you tried using a different browser other than chrome? Have you tried different dashboards and analyses? Have you looked at your JavaHost log files? Have you looked at your Presentation Services log files? Come back with some answers and you might be pointed in the right direction. There is a lot of stuff you need to look at.

If you check MOS or even just Google, one of the first hit will be the DISPLAY variable.
Maybe somebody had it set when restarting OBIEE and that's your issue? It's generally the first thing to check when no charts is visible in OBIEE ...

I'm having a hard time believing that you are using an unpatched 12.2.1.3.0 which dates back to August 2017. You / your employer / your client never updated anything in a 3-ear old software installation? If that's the case, then graphs not showing is the least of your issues.
When asked for a "precise" version, the word "precise" means precise/exact/detailed like 12.2.1.3.200414 - which is the latest bundle Patch

That still doesn't answer the question which technology you're using. BIP reports are not OBI analyses but both can display charts and tables. Again: Words have meaning and precision counts. This is IT, we're not tending a garden.

There is no picture.
And you didn't even respond to questions 5, 6 and 7. Just testing on a different machine is neither exhaustive nor really scientific.
