Unable to Edit a view in Answers - getting 'Processing, please wait ...'

Hi,

I am trying to edit a view of an Answers BI report and am getting 'Processing, please wait...' - and the view never

displays. I am trying to delete a summary line so don't know how else I can do this other than editing the view at

run time.

If the issue persist:

- Please, check if your OS, doesnt the minimun requirment to support your Oracle BI and Oracle Database.

- Maybe you could have a lot of data, in your Datawarehouse Database, this could can make the delay in the response time, put a filter to ensure to pass this, and as workaround

you have to create an "aggregated"

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, but everything fits apart from this inability to edit views.

The problem persists even if the report only has one record in it, so it's not a matter of time.

After 30 minutes, the message is still displaying, and we still cannot edit a view.

Set up your log level for your user, and please, copy and paste your Log here to check, how your Oracle BI Server is building the request.
