Generate DDL option

Hello Expert,

I created one table at physical layer of RPD and need to create the same at DB.

Not sure if OBIEE tool provides option to generate DDL for the table which can be executed as script at db.

If not then I need to manually create DDL .

    Normally you start in the DB and then import in the RPD. OBI isn't a tool to create DB objects. It's an analytical platform. You can use SQL Developer to create the DDL for you.

    Hi Chris,

    Make sense, how ever wondering if it could have option to generate equivalent DDL for each db object created directly than importing from DB and such way we could have executed generated DDL  through sql developer to get DB objects created.

    No. That's not the aim or the point of the tool.
