OBIEE 11G/12C: Receiving leave page pop up screen

Hello,

Can you please help me with the issue of getting the leave page pop up after selecting required filters from a dashboard and clicking on Apply.

Note: We have add-on ‘shockwave flash object’ enabled

If add-on is disable we do not get the pop up but instead we get another message informing us that flash is required.

We have tried the following workaround by modifying the instanceconfig.xml to include the following:

<DefaultWebImageType>html5</DefaultWebImageType>

But issue still persist.

Is there any options on OBIEE or Browser to avoid the leave page pop up screen.

    You may want to be more specific about your version. "11g/12c" covers about 10 ears and more than a hundred different versions so it literally means nothing at all.

    An exact version is "12.2.1.4.200614". Everything else is useless in order to tell you whether you're on an outdated, no longer supported version with unfixed bugs.

    Sorry the issue is on 11G. Version: 11.1.1.9

    I was a bit confused with 12C (migration not for the moment)

    Read my post again. That's not an exact version number. An exact number is any contained in MOS Doc ID 1488475.1
