BIP report using views

Question

Hello Experts,

Can I have a BIP report using tables and views both in Data Model.

I created one using tables as below, and logically it seems that there is no difference weather it is table or view.

However still wanted to check for any possible glitch in case.

Table or view doesn't matter: both are queried in the same exact way. Publisher will not even know they aren't the same.
