Oracle 12c database compatibility with OBIEE 11.1.1.7.140527

Dear Experts,
Our OBIEE version is OBIEE 11.1.1.7.140527 and database version is 11.2.0.4. We are planning to migrate/upgrade to version 12C. However, we couldn't find any concrete information regarding the version compatibility.
Most probably we will plan versions 12.1.0.2 or 12.2.0.1 for the database upgrade.
Appreciate if someone could confirm on the compatibility.

If you look in the official 11.1.1.7 certification matrix you find all the info about 12.1 certification (https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bi/bi-11gr1certmatrix-ps6-1928219.xls).
12.2 isn't mentioned because it didn't exist at that time, and your 11.1.1.7 is totally out of support and you badly must plan an upgrade!
