Need to display both numbers and percentage on OBIEE Report 12c stacked Bar chart

Hi Team,

We are in need of displaying both numbers and percentage on stacked bar chart (OBIEE 12c).

Could you please help us how to achieve this? Below is the sample chart on which i could display percentage or numbers, but not both.

Note: I will be needing numbers and percentage shown on each bar

Eg: "10,50%" for "% Yet to start / In-Progress" and "10,50%" for "% Completed"
