OBIEE 12.2.1.4.0. Unable to edit analysis from dashboard

Hi all,

Recently we migrated our OBIEE from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0 following the document - Doc ID 2153433.1. The in-place migration went smoothly but now we can no longer edit the analysis from dashboard. When trying to click on the "xyz" icon to edit the analysis from dashboard it does not show the options in the drop down. I've searched oracle support and found a document (Doc ID 2499190.1) that was describing my problem. Unfortunately even after applying suggested solution (re-deploying analysis.ear) I wasn't able to edit the analysis from dashboard. Has anyone has similar problem or has a suggestion on how to solve it?

Hi Joel thanks for trying to help. I doesn't work in other browsers as well. There are no related errors in the log file. However, I did manage to solve the issue. I raised SR and the solution was to remove all the customizations (analyticsRes) and redeploy the analytics.ear app.

Have you tried this in other browsers? Are there any errors in the log files? Have you also run this through you browser’s developer console?
