How translate function LAG from discoverer to Oracle BI 12c

In Oracle Discoverer it is available the function LAG, that is used to compare values in different time periods .

So, for example, if I want to translate

LAG(field, 1)

in a formula of Oracle BI ?

How Can I do this ?
