OBIEE-Prompt values filter based on Data filter

We have some weird issue, user has data filter (not in BA,BB) security accordingly when user is selecting prompt

he can able to select only AA AB AC AD. and it is working fine.

After sometime when user select the prompt search she could see all values including BA,BB and AA,AB AC,AD. Though we have Application role defined with data filter not in (BA ,BB).

What could be the reason, is there any Session state expiry issue, why data filter not working after sometime like few mins 15 mins...
