Seriously, what do you expect with just a screenshot and not a single word about the context?

Sure it's a VM, but still it doesn't say anything about the history of that VM.

Did it ever work? Did you touch something there inside? What debug process did you follow so far?

If Node Manager doesn't work, a good place is to start by investing only Node Manager without trying to start the whole stack. Node Manager, like everything else, has a log file.

Thanks for your attention I downloaded and installed the Obiee sampleapp607 on vistual box, at the launch of the default services I always give this error. It never worked and I didn't touch anything, I just set the VM
