OBIEE 12.2.1.3 errors when cheking in RPD changes

Hi Gurus,

when i am trying to checking in changes to RPD, getting the below errors. Can you please share what might be causing these errors.

    Your RPD seems to be corrupt. What changes did you do and how did you do them? Is this an old, migrated RPD? Was it ever checked? or sanitized?

    Hi Chris,

    this rpd got migrated from 11g (few years ago, not recently), to 12c, all these years able to check in changes, suddenly this issue araised, reason is while upgrading some files did not got updated as required, tweaking xml files fixed this.
