I would like to know if there is a document that contains a list of all possible error codes for Nqsscheduler.log.

For example, in my OBIEE instance, we have several errors like this one:

Error Codes: OPR4ONWY

Therefore, if I want to investigate what this error is, is there a document that contains this definition?

    That code alone won't tel you anything. The actual error is further down the log.

    Go to support.oracle.com and you'll find several issues which contain that code. It's not a unique one.
