Changing the Subject Area in a Dashboard Prompt

Hello,
I have an existing Dashboard Prompt that is currently pointing to one particular subject area.
I now need to change to another subject area.
So, I opened up the dashboard prompt, and selected one of the prompts in there to edit. It opens up the "Select Column" dialog, which has a + sign in the upper right corner. If I hover over that, the tip says "Add/Remove Subject Area".
However, that button (the + sign) is grayed out.
The same is true if I try to add another prompt.
Also, the Edit button (the pencil icon) at the top the overall Dashboard Prompt does not provide an option to change the Subject Area.
Is there another way I can change the subject area?

There's a way: You can go into the Catalog Manager, find your prompt, go to "Edit XML", copy out the XML into Notepad++, switch out the SA in the XML and then paste the new XML into the object again.

Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately, despite my efforts, we don't have access to Catalog Manager here. I guess I was curious though, as to why the Add/Remove Subject Area icon is grayed out in this case.

That's something completely different. That's there to utilize multiple SAs which are themselves built upon the same Business Model. Different concept.
