A customer is migrating from OBIEE to OAS and need to know how it impact your currently ETL Informatica. Are there additional task to do? Any consideration about ETL Informatica support and OAS?

OAS doesn't have any support for Informatica, just like OBIEE doesn't have any support for Informatica : both OAS and OBIEE don't interact at all with Informatica.
OAS and OBIEE do use data stored somewhere, how the data get there (Informatica as ETL) isn't something OBIEE or OAS do care about.

There is no interaction. OBI did and OAS / OAC do read from data sources. Doesn't matter what they are, doesn't matter what ETL/ELT tool is used. Informatica was - with regards to your link about 14 years ago - just an ETL tool that filled the DWH. That's it.
OAS / OAC would also have zero "dependency" on Talend writing into a DB2. Or a PL/SQL statement writing into MS SQL. Or a text file being loaded into a cube via command line.
Data storage is data storage. The analytical engine is the analytical engine.

I scheduled the report in OTBI and the agent was run successfully. However, I do not receive the report after the run in my inbox. The addresses are properly recorded, and the report is in an excel format and saved as a pivot table in otbi. What can be the cause?
Anyone has any idea why the OAC documentation on custom viz is not available now? I was able to access till last week - https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/analytics-cloud/acsdv/build-package-extension.html. Does this mean OAC doesnt support custom viz or custom workbook extensions?
