I want to merge customized apps 7963 rpd with BI apps 11.1.1.9.2 rpd. Please suggest exact steps to achieve this.

  Checked out what Oracle themselves have to say about this? There's even a tutorial for merging: Merging and Importing Objects from Different Repositories by Using the Oracle BI 11g Administration Tool
