OBIEE 12C Page break in Dashboard when printing to PDF
Hi
When can I make my dashboard to be printed as PDF with page breaks?
it seems this CSS page-break-before:always at the section level does not do the trick.
Thanks
Joe

Looks like this was never answered. We are looking for same functionality in OAS as well

I have no idea if this would be helpful to you, but I had an Analysis which contained several Pivot Table Views. In order to force a page break in the PDF between each Pivot, I was able to insert a Static Text block between Pivots as needed. In other words, the Compound Layout contained: Pivot Table A, Static Text1, Pivot Table B, Static Text2, Pivot Table C, Static Text3, Pivot Table D, Static Text4, Pivot Table E. This avoided the need to make the each pivot table into a separate PDF report. As a bonus, when the Analysis is exported to Excel, each Pivot Table would end up on a separate WorkSheet within the resultant WorkBook.
Each Static Text block had the "Contains HTML Markup" box checked and only the following text:
<Div style = "page-break-after: always"> </div>
If image embedding works, it looked like this:
