Why do I get an error - Error reading external PDF

Question

I followed the steps to upload a pdf to file cabinet, copied the URL to the Transaction Body Field for the custom link I want as a default. Then I add that link name into my advanced template in the proper format but get an error that is cannot read the external pdf. I've been working on this for hours.....

What you describe doesn't really sound like OBIEE/OA...
