OBIEE 12.2.1.3 "the delivery content used by this agent cannot be found in the catalog " error

Hi Gurus,
One of my users tried to add new recipients to the agents and then got the error "Insufficient Permissions". This happened for many users before, but then i am able to fix by assigning this new user in the "General --> Run as --> specified user" property of the agent.
I tried the same with this user as well, but this time i ended up with the following error message "The delivery content (Report path in catalog) used by this agent cannot be found in the catalog. Please select different content for this agent to deliver".
But that report actually exists in the catalog and i am even able to run and see results of that report.
Please throw any suggestions why i am ending up with this "content cannot be found in catalog" message when that content actually exists in catalog.
Thanks in advance.

Setting the agent to run as a specified (static) user doesn't mean adding new recipients (more than one).
And when you do that, it isn't you who needs to be able to find in the catalog the content delivered by the agent, but that user you specified. When you set an agent to run as a specified user, the tool will create a session as that user, enforce that user security settings and then try to find in the catalog the content to be executed, execute it and deliver the result.
It's just like if that user is doing the job by hand, and not you. Even if it's you creating the agent and setting things.
So, is that user allowed to find the object in the catalog and execute it?

Hi Gianni,
Issue is there is an extra space in the name of that catalog object in the agent's delivery content tab. Once we reselect the report using "browse" button, it resolved the issue.
Thank you.
