From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1
I'm Trying to install Oracle BI Publisher on windows server 2012 R2 but got error on login after successful installation and configuration list of version mention below.
JDK: jdk-8u341-windows-x64
Infrastructure: fmw_12.2.1.3.0_infrastructure_Disk1_1of1
BI: fmw_12.2.1.4.0_bi_windows64_Disk1
Oracle: 12g

After Fresh installation of BI Publisher Successfully log-in to localhos:9500/console but when try to log-in to localhost:9502/xmlpserver got error
Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
not able to understand what wrong in this

a) There are no specifics provided in your question at all. No previse(!) version of what you're installing nor on what
b) Log files, log files, log files. Have you looked at any log? Which ones' What do they say?
