Template Builder

Question

Hi Guys,

I have downloaded the template builder from my BI Publisher on 12.2.1.4.0.

BIPublisherDesktop64.exe

My OS is Windows 2010 64 bit.

It installs fine, but when I try to upload the xml data into the sample rtf file, I return Message39 error.

I deinstalled and installed again, rebooted the PC etc. but this error still appears.

I did not find anything useful on internet apart mismatching versions issues etc.

I also did not find a BI Publisher forum, therefore sorry if I might be using the wrong forum for my question.

Thanks for any advice you could give me.

I don't believe there is a public BI Publisher forum, but there is a dedicated MOSC BI Publisher forum if needed: https://community.oracle.com/mosc/categories/bi_publisher
