Hi All,

I had installed OBIEE 12C successfully and able to access Analysis,EM,Console,BIP.

After restarting my system,

Using VM

Static IP

OS Windows 10

Tried on both Windows Firewall is enabled & disabled also..

PDB is OPEN,

But when i try to start the START.CMD Under /OracleHome/User_Projects/bi/bin/bitools/start

i am facing below Error
